The Food Processor Accessory by Smeg features a BPA-free tritan bowl, adjustable slicer, s-shaped blade, reversible disc and emulsifying disc. Suitable to be used with HBF01 or HBF02 (sold separately), this food processor accessory by Smeg is a multi-function 4 in 1 kitchen tool that can slice, chop, grate or whip.

Care and Maintenance:

• Remove the gearbox from the lid before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the gearbox in water or wash it in a dishwasher as this may cause damage. Clean the gearbox with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• Carefully remove the S-shaped blade and discs from the food processor bowl before cleaning.
• The S-shaped blade and discs should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth using a milddetergent. Do not use abrasive sponges on plastic or metal parts that could be scratched.
• The bowl and the lid of the food processor can only be washed on the top rack of thedishwasher. Do not place them on the bottom rack of the dishwasher.
