Care & Cleaning:
- It is important to season your board before first use to ensure longevity and prevent the timber from drying out.
- To season, use a dry cloth or sponge and apply an even coat of food-safe mineral oil or board nurturing cream and allow to dry naturally.
- Repeat this process occasionally to preserve your board.
- Submerging the board in water can cause it to split and warp.
- DO NOT allow moisture of any type stand on the board for long periods of time, and always clean after cutting any type of raw meat.
- Do not use your board as a trivet, as this may stain or burn the timber.
- Always store in a dry area.
